HAVE YOU EVER DONE A WORKOUT WITH YOUR POTS & PANS BEFORE? Nope? Well… they’re handy little things for helping you get a sweat on. Just make sure they’re clean! STUDENTS, MUMMYS, THIS IS FOR YOU! You thought you’d seen it all… but no, I’ve gone mad again! PROMISE this is a good one. It gets every bit of your body & your heart rate will be uppppp ? 3 pans. 1 YOU. (If you don’t have 3, don’t panic, just adapt it to how many you have) 40 seconds on. 10 seconds rest 4 times round • Quick feet on your big pan • Press up into pan taps (drop to your knees if you need to) • Lunge with back foot raised on pan • Hop scotch on pan • Toe taps on all the pans • Plank with sliding pan • Lunge with pans overhead • Kneel to a squat punching with pans • Low sumo squat hold stretching each side with the pan over head (use this to reset & to give your own a little bit of time to chill… it will be exhausted) Off you go again! SUNDAY SOFA WORKOUT. From couch potato ?to sofahero, this full body killer will have you sweatin’ haaaard ?? All you need is 2 x dumbells (I bought mine off amazon) or two litre bottles of water or champagne. 1 minute workin’, 20 seconds restin’ ?? • Front foot up on the sofa, deep lunge with a bicep curl. Skaweeeze dat booty at the top. • Plank rows reaching forward. Keep your hips & your core tiiiiight • Plank into 3 leg dog. Bring you knee into your chin squeezing that core & extending into leg extension. • Straight leg raises with the dumbbell in between your feet. Keep them flexed. • Shoulder press bringing elbows in front of your face & punching the sky. • Jumping squats stepping down or jumping down. The soft landing means less impact on your knees. • Donkey kicks with the dumbbell squeezed behind the knee • Deep lunge opening up into a full side extension • Side lunge with a lateral raise • Squat with punches to the side. Clench dat ? at the top so hard you feel like The Rock DO THIS 3 TIMES ROUND & YOU WILL NEVER LOOK AT YOUR SOFA IN THE SAME WAY! You don’t even have to buy a gym membership for your living room ?
